Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Requests Modi to Award Balasubrahmanyam Bharat Ratna

A.P. Chief Minister Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy has written a letter requesting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to confer S.P Balasubrahmanyam as a tribute for his outstanding contribution to Music and Arts.
S.P. B is has bestowed Bollywood with his contribution to music. He is a Kannada, Hindi, Telegu singer and playback artist. He has worked with Salman Khan & Bhagyashree in Middle-aged movies and has got him up with many hit songs. He is a legendary playback dinger -Indian Film Industry.
He has sung over 50,000 songs, recorded 21 songs in Kannada for the composer Upendra Kumar and 19 songs in Tamil, 16 songs in Hindi in a day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on February 8, 1981.
Achievements :
In 1964, he won the first prize in the music composition of amateur singers organized by the Madras-Based Telegu Cultural Organisation.
He has also provided Voice-overs for various artists like Kamal Hassan, Rajnikanth, Anil Kapoor, and Gemini Ganesan in Various languages.
