The mortal remains of Jawan Bhupendra Singh Chauhan (Martyr), who was martyred in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, will reach his village Charkhi Dadri (Haryana) on Monday.

22-year-old Bhupendra Singh Chauhan was killed in the shelling by Pakistan in Naugam sector of Kupwara, North Kashmir. As soon as Bhupendra was informed about his martyrdom, his family broke a mountain of sorrows. There is silence in the whole village. The influx of people coming to the martyr's house is felt. Bhupendra was married 18 months ago. Bhupendra has a six-month-old son.

Bhupendra Singh was able to meet his beloved son only once. Martyr's younger brother Deepak is also preparing to be recruited into the army. Bhupendra was one of the three army personnel martyred in the terror attack in Baramulla on Friday night. The whole village is silent on the martyrdom of Bhupendra Singh Chauhan of Bas, village of Charkhi Dadri district. There is a wave of mourning here since the news of his martyrdom reached the village. The influx of those who console the martyr is felt.

Bhupendra Singh's body will reach the village on Monday. The last rites will be performed in the village with state honors. Bhupendra Singh Chauhan, the 22-year-old son of farmer Malkhan of village Bas (Ranila) in Charkhi Dadri district, was posted in Jammu and Kashmir. The militants fired mortar on the check post of the army, in which three soldiers including Bhupendra were killed.

The mortal remains of the martyr were paid homage in Srinagar on Sunday morning. After this, the body will be sent to New Delhi from the plane. There will be a memorial at the War Memorial. After this, the body of the martyr will reach the village on Monday.
