Pulwama: National Investigation Agency ( NIA) team reaches NIA court to file a charge sheet 

The NIA filed a charge sheet today in the 2019 Pulwama terror attack that killed 40 CRPF  jawans in a Jammu court.

National Investigation Agency ( NIA) team reaches NIA court to file a charge sheet in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed .

The NIA is a central agency established by the Indian government to combat terror in India . Over 5000 pages charge sheet has been completed after an investigation by the team under Deputy Inspector General Sonia Narang and Police Superintendent Rakesh Balwal.

The charge sheet would be filed against Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) chief Maulana Masood Azhar, brother of Abdul Rauf Asghar and several other of the terror outfit and seven other arrested people accused of their involvement in the bombing at Pakistan upon the Jawans who were traveling back home and some who had returned to join after vacation were traveling to reach the borders and was hit by a car that contained a huge amount of explosive to the Army Truck.

The charge sheet would be filled before a special NIA  court in Jammu . The officials states that the charge sheet contains irrefutable evidence which includes technical, material and circumstantial Evidence which states Pakistan's role in the attack.

The evidence also includes the accused contacts , chats , calls with JeM leadership, and also details about terrorists. NIA report would openly name Pakistan and it's spy agency, Inter-Services Intelligence ( ISI) for planning and execution of such a state-sponsored attack for which highly trained terrorists were sent to India for these missions and the targets were to attack all the buses army officer by the snipper attacks.

Adil Ahmad a resident was targeted who was a resident near the blast spot to bang the explosive-laden car as a result of home- grown militancy attack. Prime minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has denied his country's role in the involement and even offered to procecute  the culprits if India provides authentic evidence.
