NIA : Sachin Vaze admitts for explosives planning.
The suspended Mumbai cop, Sachin Vaze, said that he is being made a substitute after a NIA official asserted that he confessed to planting explosives outside Mukesh Ambani's home in Mumbai. Sachin Vaze has been shipped off NIA authority till April 3.
