Rising cases in Nagpur leads to lockdown, only Essential services to be kept open.
Nagpur will undergo lockdown from 15th to 22nd March.

Nagpur has reported the highest number of cases in Maharshtra which has led to lockdown.
Nagpur has reported over 1800 covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, the highest in the state. The city will be under lockdown for a whole week of 15th March to 22nd March. All the areas under the Nagpur Police Commissionerat would be under lockdown. During this lockdown all the essential services like vegetables, ration and other groccery shops would be kept open.
The honourable Cheif Minister of Maharashtra has also stated that, all the local authorities are allowed to take the decisions with proper survey of their areas. There would be more areas under lockdown and that would be declared in coming few days, he added. Maharashtra has seen a rise of 13,600+ number of positive cases in the last 24 hours, the highest in the country in 2021. Apart from Maharshtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Gujarat are also among the states with highest cases.
The administrative forces are trying their best to keep the cases in control, but the people are the one's being complesant. Its high time where each and everyone starts taking precautions once again.
