Ingredients of Besan Cheela:
A cup of gram flour
A tomato (sliced)
Onion (chopped)
oil
Coriander Leaves
Green Chili (chopped)
Ginger (grated)
Taste according to salt

Take gram flour in a bowl and dissolve it by adding a little water to it. Make it neither too thick nor too thin.
Now add onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and mix well.
Add green chili powder and salt as per taste.
After mixing everything well, keep it in view for a while.
Then if you need water, then add a little more water and mix it.
Heat a griddle on its gas and lubricate it well by applying oil.
Pour two to three spoons of gram flour solution on the griddle and spread it well.
If you want, you can also put oil around it.
After cooking well on one side, turn the cheela with the help of a spoon and allow it to cook on the other side.
Cook it till it turns golden on both sides and then serve hot.
