Chinese food is everyone's favorite. People go to hotels outside and eat more Chinese dishes. The list of delicious dishes, from fried rice to noodles, is very long. However, due to coronavirus (COVID-19), people eating out has reduced at all. The food in the restaurant is almost closed. In such a situation, people are remembering Chinese food very much. But now you have no need to worry, we have brought you one of your favorite Chinese recipes, which you can easily make at home and feed your family. This popular dish is chilli chicken. Chilli chicken is a favorite dish for everyone. This dish mixed in fried chicken and lots of sauces is very tasty and anyone can enjoy it by eating it with anything anywhere. Chilli chicken is mostly eaten with fried rice. You can also eat it with rumali roti or parathe. 
 material:
Chicken Boneless - 250 grams
Batter:
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
 Refined flour - 2 tablespoons
 Black pepper powder - 4 tsp
 Salt as per taste
 Water - 3 tablespoons
 Oil - to deep fry
 Chili paste:
 Dried red chili - 6
 Water - 1 cup
 Oil - 2 teaspoons
 Chilli sauce:
 Oil - 1 tbsp
 Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
 Ginger (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
 Green chillies (roughly chopped) - 1
 Onion - 1
 Capsicum - 1
 Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
 Tomato Sauce - 2 Tbsp
 Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
 Vinegar - ½ teaspoon
 Salt - as per taste
 Black pepper powder - 4 tsp
 Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
 Water - 4 cups
 Spring Onion - 2 Tbsp

Boil one cup of water. Add red chili and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked red chillies to the mixer grinder and grind it to a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add ground chili paste. Cook it till the oil separates from the chili paste.
In a mixing bowl add corn flour, maida, salt, pepper and water.
Add chicken pieces to the batter.
Offer a deep frying gas and heat the oil in it. After the oil is fully heated, add a piece of chicken to it and cook for at least 3 to 4 minutes. While doing so, take out all the chicken pieces well.
For the chili chicken sauce, heat the oil in another pan and add chopped garlic and ginger.
Fry it till it turns light golden. After that chopped chilies, onion, capsicum and cook for 1 minute.
After a while, add chilli paste, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Cook all these things well for a while.
Put corn flour in a small bowl and add it to some water.
Now put this corn flour solution in the pan.
Cook the spices well and let it come to a boil. As soon as your masala is cooked well, now add a piece of chicken and mix it well with the sauce.

Chilli chicken gravy recipe is very easy. Just add water at the end of the recipe as mentioned above.
After the water boils, remove the pan from the gas. And add chopped spring onions.
