Ingredients to make Mutton Curry:
1 kg Mutton
A spoonful of turmeric
A spoonful of oil
A bay leaf
A green chili
Three onions (finely chopped)
One spoon ginger garlic paste
Five tomatoes (finely chopped) or curd
One teaspoon Coriander Powder
4 teaspoon meat masala
One spoon garam masala
A spoonful of butter or butter
Taste according to salt
How to make Mutton Curry
First apply turmeric on the mutton and leave it for a few minutes.
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and long to it.
Add green chilli, onion and ginger garlic paste in it for a while and cook for the next 7 to 8 minutes.
After this, add tomatoes, coriander powder, meat masala and salt as per taste and cook it well.
Keep cooking the spices until the onion and tomato mixes well.
After this add mutton and let it cook for the next 5 to 6 minutes.
After cooking well with mutton masala, add potatoes and water as per need and cover the lid of the cooker.
Cook it on high crusher for 30 to 40 minutes. (5-6 whistles)
Once all the pressure comes out, open the lid of the pressure cooker and add garam masala and ghee or butter to it and let it cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Just your delicious mutton curry is ready. Take it off the gas 15 minutes before serving and eat it with hot rice or roti.
