Map pass for construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya,
The map of temple construction in Ramnagari was presented on Wednesday at the board meeting of the Ayodhya Development Authority, which has been unanimously approved by all the members.

In this regard, the Board met under the chairmanship of the Authority House Commissioner, MP Agarwal, in which the map of the construction of Shri Ram Temple was approved by the Authority Board. Chairman of the meeting, Commissioner MP Agarwal, Vice Chairman Dr. Neeraj Shukla, ex-board member DM Anuj Jha and other members of the board were present in the meeting.
Shriram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has filed a map of 2 lakh 74 thousand 110 square meters. It has an open area of 2,74,110 square meters and covered area 12,879 square meters. The trust will have to pay development fees as well as maintenance fees, supervision and labor cess, which are being added now. Development fees and other fees are expected to be around Rs 5 crore. It also includes construction labor cess. This fee to be deposited by the trust is after the income tax exemption. After approval of the map from the board, the authority will issue a letter to the trust to collect the fee. The trust will deposit the money thereafter. Once the funds are deposited, the authority will hand over the approved map to the trust.
Giving information about the board meeting, Chairman of Ayodhya Development Authority MP Agrawal said that Shriram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust presented two types of maps in the meeting. The first was the map layout which was 2 lakh 74 thousand 110 square meters. The second was a map of the Shri Ram temple, with a total covered area of 12,879 square meters. Both maps have been passed unanimously. After adding their total fees, both maps will be handed over to the trust.
