China tries to discuss Kashmir issues on UNSC

Chine since a long time is trying to discuss the Kashmir issue in an International platform but it remains unsuccessful. United Nation Security Council is an international community to discuss issues under a “closed door meeting “, India has firmly rejected these Chinese initiative and told Kashmir is a domestic issue . 5 Permanent representative  counties are the members who establish a bench committee to discuss issues among which the P4 countries are in support of India after the corona virus spread by china .

India has recently in its education policy has removed Mandarin language which is a common language in china along with banning Chinese apps were a borne for china . china has attempted a move this year as well to discuss the Kashmir issue in an international platform but it didn't gain sufficient support from UNSC members . The frequency of such attempts by china has represented the unequal nature of the UN organ, where the agenda is purely setup by the permanent members of the UNSC.

Kashmir issue first time came in 1941 by UNSC members after which anything about this matter wasn't entertained .

UN military observers group in India and Pakistan(UNMOGIP) when a war was between the 2 nations and India had won the war with flying colours . UNSC resolution 47 had rejected the resolution of Kashmir conflict  which was rejected by both India and china where India had started conducting elections and Pakistan had also rejected the motion during Sheik Abdullas reign . 

Cease fire line was supervised  by the UNMOGIP and J&K in July 1949 had signed the Karachi Agreement .UNMOGIP is funded through UN’s regular budget.
