New Tick- Borne Virus Alert : 7 dead and 20 infected ​​​​​​​

Countries across the globe are suffering from the Corona Virus pandemic , which has originated from Wuhan ,China . Another new virus known as SFTS has affected more than 37 people in East China's Jiangsu Province in the first half of the year.  SFTS Virus is not a new virus . China had isolated the pathogen of the virus in 2011 and it belongs to the Bunyavirus Category. Fever, cough , chill and a decline in the leucocyte are the common onset symptoms of this virus .

Virus was first detected on a woman from Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu who was suffering from primary symptoms of fever, cough , and decrease in leukocyte in the plasma . After a month of treatment , the women died due to the virus. 

Role of leukocyte which are the defensive cells and immunological functions which fight against foreign antigens. At least 7 people have died in Anhui  from this virus and East China's Zhejiang virus report said. Virologists have told that the virus spreads through ticks which is the major transmission route for the transmission of the virus . 

Doctor's from Zhejiang University have instructed us to avoid tick bites as they are human - human transfer virus . Special care from spread of this virus should be prevented as the world is facing a lot of disasters and pandemic in 2020 , Corona Virus Pandemic .
